This car failed the Mot because the wiper pump wasn't working, otherwise I'd still be driving it. The problem is I've had a lot of damp in the boot for a few years, and there is a PCB in the boot. 18 months ago I'd lost the ignition electrics but a local auto electrician found a break under the glove box. After this was sorted I lost Sport mode, wiper pump, auto head lights, and something else? But I've enjoyed driving this car, we've owned it 9 years, the roof has always worked. The problem now is the boot won't open, there's something wrong with the switch. It's probably connected to the rear fuse board. So this car needs someone with decent auto electrical knowledge, and also sort damp issues in the boot and this could be a great car again.
