Description
Saab 900 2.0 litre turbo 1988. Many extras and much work carried out in the past 6 years in my ownership:- suspension and brakes replaced and engine bay smartened up with coolant and breather hoses all replaced (see photos). Solid car with no welding - usual places where rust can develop are all good. Comes with many extras including pod speakers under seats, extra gauges, retro-fitted alarm kit, tonneau cover (with bag), Saab standard toolkit and boot rack. I'm also including a spare set of wheels and tyres which I use when garaging the car over the winter. Also included is a folder of documentation - invoices, useful magazine articles etc. The car is 36 years' old and has a few 'gremlins' - electric windows are slow to wind up and down - motors and mechanisms need stripping down and re-building (never got around to it); although I've just had the engine tuned by a local fuel-injection expert, he advised that to make it perfect it needs a professional tune on a gas analysing machine; the gearbox is fine and pulls well but there's a little knack to selecting 5th gear - I mastered it quickly, but it's only fair to mention. Could probably do with a new battery - wintering the car has taken its toll. That's it! Next MOT due 14/04/2025, White, 4 owners, £6,750
