Description

She's a 2009 (very late), 4.2 XKR, one of the last 300 to leave the factory. Top spec with heated front screen, front parking sensors, Alcon big brake package, B&W sound system, 16 way adjustable seats (the fancy ones). 3 prior owners. Owned since Oct 2018, FSH, 77k miles and a LOT of jobs done. I did a huge amount of work in 2019. Since then have only covered less than 20k: Super charger oil change. Auto gearbox oil change, along with mechatronic unit seals/connector sleeve. (Was and I'm sure still is, pristine). Full service. All SAI pipes replaced. Auxiliary and supercharger belts replaced. A/C condenser replaced and re-gassed (still cold as ice). Brushed back and undersealed subframes (they're solid as a rock, though not black and shiny like they once were). Since then (and more recently): O/S Coil spring. Diff bearings replaced and fresh oil. Off side pedestrian impact sensor. Brand new battery. Front pads and discs. Rear hand brake pads.x2 rear ARB drop links. Auxiliary alarm. Clean MOT until Feb 2025. There are probably loads of other little bits I've done but I can't remember off the top of my head, I will add them if I remember. She is essentially bog standard, aside from the exhaust. I have removed the center silencer and replaced it with an X-pipe, and the rear exhaust flaps are controlled via a little switch under the dash. (Most just remove fuse 19, but I wanted to be able to hush it if needed). I also have an entirely stock center exhaust you can have if you needed it, though I can't see why you would. The speed restriction has also been removed, cough cough! She has been a joy to own and have loved every moment. Unbelievably reliable and has never let me down, and I'm not just saying that for the ad. I'm simply not using her like I used to as I'm not travelling to see my fiance since we moved in together. It's also difficult to open her up where I am now, as the nearest motorway of a 30+ min drive away. She's just been to my trusted detailer and honestly she's come up looking bloody gorgeous again. There are few tiny chips here and there if you really go looking, and small dent on the N/S door, and the wheels would benefit from a refurb to really finish it off. But for a 15 year old car, she's looking pretty darn good, as you can see! Next MOT due 15/02/2025, Full service history, Black, 3 owners, £12,950
