This XK8 Coupe is in good overall condition for a 28 year old Jaguar that is from the first year of manufacture. The engine, gearbox and brakes all work well, as do the electrics. The car has passed the last 4 years of MOT's with no advisories, and has got a service history stamps for the first 17 years, and my records from the last 4 years. The work I have done include, new footwell floors welded in, aluminium thermostat housing fitted, rear bumper mounts repaired, N/S front top suspension bush replaced, door opening guttering remounted and sealed, recent new front tyres, new steering pump, new condenser for the A/C, recolouring of the drivers seat, after market reversing sensor system, engine oil and filter change last year. Previous owners have had new sills weld on and a new headliner fitted. The 28 year old paint is showing its age, with the usual chips and scuffs, the roof lacquer is starting to craze and the O/S rear quarter panel is rusting. See the photo included.
