I have decided to sell my excellent example of the Series 1 Elise. Very original with only minor upgrades from the original. The head gasket and cam belt have been done as the extensive history will demonstrate. Since my ownership March 2021 the original shock absorbers were replaced & upgraded to the Series 2 setup, I have had all new wishbones, drop links etc on the front of the car, alternator, coil and leads and it has just had four new Yokohama AD08RS tyres all round. There are a few bad points, the paint has blistered as they do on these, there is a small crack in the windscreen and usual wear and tear on the driver's seat. It isn't a concourse version of the car but then it isn't concourse money, what it is an honest version and it drives lovely and is lots of fun. I really have enjoyed owning this car and only selling as I am moving on to something else. No silly offers please, I will just keep it and enjoy the summer!
