My car's history: First registered Feb 1998 to BMW Thames Ditton to one of the directors. Then sold to a local property developer from whom I bought it in July 2004. From 2015-2018 the car went into storage. I have been slowly restoring her over the years & have spent over 20k on her in the last two years. Some of the restoration works carried out: Full re spray; Re-upholstered seats; New head liner; Stainless steel exhaust & cats; Air con; New front callipers; New discs & pads; Rear callipers - serviced with pistons & seals & new disks & pads; Gearbox service, diff oil, upper wishbones, tie rods, 8 new ignition coils, new indicator clusters, new pivot door handle & gaskets, rocker cover gaskets, new aftermarket wheels and tyres. The car will come with 3 keys & the original BBS wheels that have been refurbished, they are not perfect but still very desirable (I was offered 2500k just for the wheels) new eccentric bolts, 4 wheel alignment, sunroof - all major parts replaced, new Blaupunkt Bremen SQR 46 DAB radio (the old radio will come along with car). And so much more to list. The Service Book may not be complete but I do have most of the service receipts. If you are interested in my car or any E31 I strongly recommend you have a qualified mechanic with you. Over the years of ownershipI have spent many thousands on maintaining my car. This is truly a reluctant sale - the only reason I am selling my car is that the wife & I are leaving the UK to live abroad in the sun & sit by the pool having cold beers, G&Ts, espresso martinis etc., you get the picture!
