The speedometer template can be changed to miles per hour quite easily. I haven't done this because I've been travelling to countries with speedometers in kilometres per hour and know the equivalent speed in miles per hour. This doesn't make a difference otherwise since all Lexus vehicles are manufactured in Japan.
