Selling my 5 series due to owning 2 other vehicles so don't wish to repair a car I barely drive. Previous 2 owners were of the same family and looked after the car very well. Smoke and pet free vehicle. The car is complete with full service history (although due one now), very clean leather interior, factory fitted privacy blinds, refurbished alloys and tyres with plenty tread. It will happily get 44mpg+ around the doors and much higher on a longer run - largely what I have used it for. For the last MOT it had 2 new front control arms + ball joints, as well as a tyre to give it a clean pass. Current MOT expires beginning of August 24, however I can retest it. The bad points of the car and reason for cheap price is that the clutch/flywheel is on the way out. The clutch pedal sometimes only returns partially, and the flywheel vibrates. The car still drives smoothly but I can't guarantee how long it has left. Also the stop/start function doesn't work but I always turned it off anyways to prevent stater motor ware. There is the occasional small mark as it is 14 years old, however is still a beautiful well presented car that is classy, sporty, and efficient all at the same time.
