I bought this lovely little car as a part project and replacement for my old BMW. I bought it knowing it had a few issues to sort but unfortunately couldn't conduct the work myself as moving to a flat meant I didn't have the space/facilities to carry out the work myself. I won't sugar coat the tlc it needs so it could do with new anti rollbars(advisory on previous MOT). The head-unit is goosed, I've belled out the wiring which is in good nick but needs a new head-unit(200-400gbp for one with Apple/android carplay). Also the bodywork requires some attention, which I've attached a photo of. Other than this the car has had thousands spent on new brake and fuel lines, brake pads and disks, coilovers, spark plugs, camber arms, caster arms, 4x brand new Pirelli powergy tyres(it has 255/35/R18 on the rear and 225/40/R18 on the front). The wheels could do with a refurb as the previous owner must have got it confused with a 4x4 and tried mounting a pavement. Despite the bad points, this is an absolutely fantastic car! It's put a smile on my face every time getting into it and served me well on my trips up to Aberdeen and back to Liverpool. The gearbox and engine are very smooth and it handles brilliantly too, although I will be getting it re-aligned due to new caster and camber arms being fitted. The roof still impressively takes 22 seconds to fold up and down(yes I've been sad enough to time it).
