For sale is my Mercedes Benz SL500 in dark blue, in excellent condition and has one previous owner. I purchased it from a friend who bought it for his wife's birthday and kept the car for 18 years and has full-service history. I have owned the car for 12years which I have thoroughly enjoyed having driven to the South of France on 4 occasions and the only reason for sale is that it has only done 400 miles in the last 3 years and I cannot justify keeping it. The documentation of the car includes all the mot certificates from 2006, all invoices that have been spent on the car to my knowledge and tax discs. The car has been dry stored for all its life and from what I can see is totally rust free. It displays a personalised number plate which could be available.It is fitted with air conditioning, electric side mirror, electric rear mirror, all leather electric seats with memory and heated and electric windows and cd player. The service book is fully stamped and has just undergone an oil change. It has just obtained an MOT expiring 19th June 2025 with 2 advisories one of which has been rectified the other being slight corrosion on the suspension which I am sure is to be expected on a 30-year-old car. The paintwork is as bright and shiny as when it came out of the showroom but has a few stone chips on the front which again is to be expected on a car of this age and small chips in the edge of the driver's door due to careless opening.
