The Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon (aka G-Class) is a 4x4 "terrain vehicle", originally developed as a military off-roader in Austria. The car is characterised by its industrial boxy looks and body-on-frame construction; it uses three fully locking differentials which makes it rather unique, yet highly capable. The G-Class is one of the companies longest production running vehicles with a span of 42 years.
