Up for sale as I need some garage space for a new project is my 2002 model year 996 Turbo. This is a seal grey, manual UK car. Bought by me in January 2020 from a doctor in Perthshire when the car had 90,000 miles. It has been garaged and used sparingly since. The paintwork has one or two very minor stone chips to the front and some very small cosmetic blemishes such as a repaired chip on the trailing edge of the sunroof. I suspect that the front bumper has been resprayed by a previous owner and still looks superb. The headlights are bright and clear and the windscreen clear from damage.It has matching N rated Michelin PS2 tyres 4 with 5mm tread dated mid-2021.The black leather interior is complete and in excellent condition. There is no unusual wear to the leather seat bolsters. Some small scratches to the hard plastic seat backs from my children's feet which seem to be normal for this surface - apparently, they are easy to remove and paint for a more resilient finish. All interior electrics work including the PSM / Phone and Nav. All Nav CDs present. Overall interior is in really great condition exceeding expectations for age and mileage.The car drives faultlessly - boosts to 0.7 bar as is normal, no clutch slip, no 2nd gear knockout, no unusual noises. Dash is fully functional with no missing pixels. Both turbos have been renewed at 89,000 miles.It is currently fitted with a subtle linked sports exhaust with 200 cell cats that will pass MOT emissions - sounds great and a good improvement on the usual silence of a 996TT.
