This beautiful Megane, in Cherry Red pearlescent metallic paint, was bought from new by my father in 2002 and was passed to me to sell for him when he gave up driving in May this year. Hence I am the second owner of the car having had it since May. For it's age, it really is in very good condition as you will see from the photographs, it has been garaged all it's life, has a very comprehensive service history, drives exceptionally well and has been very well looked after. It has four Kumho Solus 4S HA32 all weather tyres on it with loads of tread, a new timing belt in Feb 2020, recent new front wipers and a new top sender unit seal on the fuel tank last month. There are a few issues, the nearside wing mirror was damaged when it struck something (see photos), so whilst the mirror and electrics are functional, the unit is being held in place and therefore cannot be folded in, so a replacement unit will be required if you require the fold-in functionality. There is a significant scratch on the nearside bumper (see photos, the black plastic part can be replaced, this part is quite cheap on Ebay), some damage to the rear bumper (see photos, again the black plastic part is cheaply replaced) and generally a few scratches here and there - I have tried to show these in the photos, some may polish out, some may need compound to remove, but I am no expert so decided not to try and rectify these myself before sale. The display for the clock and temperature on the right hand side is slightly dimmer than it should be (see photo). This model is the Expression, you can see in the brochure photo what was included, however the original 'Ursa' wheel covers are no longer with the car. I have found these on Ebay, brand new for around 25 pounds each. You are welcome to come and view the car, accompanied test drives are OK but I will need to see your proof of insurance to drive a third party's car, plus your driving licence, to ensure everything is done legally. Original brochure and Haynes workshop manual included in sale. Also comes with a full set of Megane mats, a car cover and a Bluetooth 5.3 FM transmitter so that you can listen to music from your phone through the car's speakers.
