Mini Cooper S JCW R53. Very good condition all round for age and millage. Engine healthy and solid. 17% fly wheel. Super charger works well as should. Tidy all round. A few minor age related scratches and two marks on seat, apart from this perfect. Underneath in very good condition for age. 3 new tyres all 4 tyres good tread. Spare brake discs, pads, some spare hosing, set of spare front door speakers. Failed MOT on minor point: power steering pump intermittent. Power steering works most of the time fine, especially if given a few minutes to warm up and driven away in a straight line for initial few metres. Steering works fine in any case. Front nearside brake disc needs swapping / balancing. Exhaust gasket at CAT needs changing, exhaust is however in excellent condition. Other MOT issues were minor such as rubber gasket on fuel cap. Interior in excellent condition for age. All around a lovely car, have not used much and selling as needing van for work. Would make an excellent project R53 for track, or just sports run around. Have enjoyed very much. Most expensive MOT repair would be to swap power steering pump for pattern part at c. 500, hence the current asking. Questions warmly welcomed.
