Description

The car has just passed its MOT, with no advisories. The next MOT is due on 12/7/25. It has a full service and MOT history, the latest service being in March this year at 92,860 miles. The timing belt was changed at 64,488 miles. All receipts and invoices showing the work undertaken are available. The car has a retractable factory fitted Volvo sat nav system. There is a tow bar with the car, which I've never used, but I believe all fittings are in place and neatly boxed away under the boot. There is a tyre inflation kit, although I prefer to carry a spare wheel, which is included. Everything works as it should, including the retractable roof. The tyres are in good condition. The driver's seat has some wear and tear, but the cabin is generally in good condition for a 16 year old car. I'm the third owner and I've had this car for just over 3 years. In that time, it's been reliable and enjoyable to drive, particularly with the roof down. The garage that has serviced my cars for almost 30 years is within walking distance of my home, so any issues, however small, have always been attended to within a couple of days, so the car has been well looked after. Unfortunately the previous owner clearly scratched the car and damaged the passenger side door mirror before attempting a DIY repair. The mirror, although damaged works perfectly well and can be altered by the mirror controls. The paintwork on the passenger side looks as though it's been rubbed down in preparation for a respray, but the work hasn't been finished. This has never bothered me as I bought the car for its service history and simply to enjoy a convertible car with a hard top that didn't cost a fortune, so no complaints. I've tried to show as clearly and honestly as possible the condition of the car by description and photos, but I recognise that the condition of the bodywork on the passenger side of the car is not for everyone so please bear that in mind if you'd like to view the car. I'm selling the car because I can't justify having two cars any longer and our 4 door car is more practical for our requirements. But not as much fun! Next MOT due 12/07/2025, Full service history, Blue, 3 owners, £2,450
