For sale is my pegeout 205 1.8 diesel(non turbo) the car isn't perfect as you can see in the pictures, a minor amount of bubbling on the rear wheel arch and a few scratches and dents but I don't think any 205 of this age with 100,000 mile is going to be concorse. The sills and underside are like new and not covered in wax oil and its probably the best 205 you will find in terms of structural integrity the previous mot's prove this. The engine being the xud7 engine is extremely reliable one of the best diesel engines ever produced and the amount of vehicles it went in due to this reason speaks for itself and 100,000 miles for this engine is barely run in as a vast majority of people will know. Despite having only 60 hp it still pulls like a train. It will do over 50 mpg in any condition and will do over 60 if you want it to. I personally think it looks incredible with the 205 1.6 gti wheels I have put on in my ownership with like new tires on all 4 corners it handles like a 205 should and has no power steering which makes it a very engaging experience not to mention the huge sunroof which is perfect for when it gets boiling in the summer months. it has had new front brakes and complete front lower arms and two new drive shafts in my owner ship,the brake pipes were done before purchase. The interior is absolutely immaculate and a very unique colour combination apart from a small crack on the top of the instrument cluster. The interior fan motor doesn't work as its supposed too which I suspect is the motor burning out the resistor as I have replaced the resistor twice which fixed the issue for a short period of time. Like I said the car isn't perfect but trying to find a 205 diesel that hasn't rotted away nowadays is near impossible let alone trying to find one at all with such low mileage.
