Selling our much loved Golf as upgrading to a new car, we are the second owners have brought it in 2015. We've maintained a full service history with local garage, Elite Garage, in Newbury but it is just overdue a service now which is reflected in what we are asking. There are a few bumps and scratches around the body work, please see photos - I would describe the cosmetic condition as poor simply because I do not want anyone to come and see it and be disappointed - the photos should give a good idea and most is age related. There is a very slight leak coming from somewhere into the boot, we have never got to the source of it as it is quite minor but have learnt to park in a place and angle that means it doesn't happen - however last winter (the very wet one!) this leak created some damp and caused the rear seats to discolour during a period when we did not use the car - the photos show this, it may clean up or it may not. We have not had the leak investigated by a professional so may be an easy fix. The rear offside tyre has a very very slow puncture - it tends to need inflating every few months so not major and as the tread is good we were leaving it until we needed new tyres. Tread on all tyres is good and the car drives really well which is one of the reasons we have delayed selling for so long as we love to have the top down. The convertible top works perfectly, up and down and the canvas is in good condition. The electric windows are a bit squeaky but possibly an easy fix with some grease - all functional and working though. Spare wheel and jack included.
