Citroen Saxo Desire Y reg 2001 80k mileage ish (dead battery)previous keepers all of which are close family members grandparents, aunt, uncle. Been in the family since brand new.Great car to get back on the road for a saxo enthusiast, I just do not have the time or know how to give this girl the love she deserves. Last belonged to my grandad but not used in the last couple of years just ticked over on the drive every now and then. Currently not running ( potentially needs a new alternator hence dead battery). Work to be done to get this girl on the road - alternator, front passenger door does not open needs a new locking mechanism, small bit of welding according to my mechanic but I have not seen this. Then she is good to go Cosmetically she has a few scrapes on the body work as can be seen in pictures, bonnet will need a re spray due to a common heat/lacquer issue.Body coloured bumpers (front has a slight crack), manual sunroof. Comes with an extra rear light (don't know why, I inherited it with the car) and a set of bulbs, radio code and book pack from new. Also original Haynes manual and every tax disc she was given before they became obsolete (extra bit of history for an enthusiast). Every receipt for anything she has had bought or done, every MOT certificate. Unfortunately no service history that I can find but earlier receipts show she was taken back to the original dealer for any work/MOTs. Interior is in good condition no rips tears or fading, with electric windows to the front and central locking, air bag, head restraints, power steering.I have tried to be as upfront and honest about the condition of the car as appart from the few bits stated everything else is in amazing condition and is genuine and unmodified! She would make a fantastic project for someone who knows what they are doing and has the time and space to do the work. Please do not message if you are looking for a cheap 1st car this is not for you. She will be a project for a true saxo lover who will grab a bargain.Any questions please message.
