Was purchased when it was just a few months old from jaguar where it had been a company car for their sales director. The car has since been owned by my grandfather, who has always serviced it yearly and has a lot of paperwork from the last 20 years, including recent repairs totalling thousands. It has just had a full alignment and new rear tyre as this was out. It has also never been driven hard and this means the engine is excellent - it sounds smooth and runs beautifully. The condition of the exterior is average for the age, the paint generally looks ok but there are some scratches and scrapes as seen on the pictures. The rear arches have an area with some rust and bubbling as shown which is a common issue for these jaguars. The interior is in great condition including the spare wheel under the boot floor, only let down by the mark shown in the photos on the drivers door arm-rest. This is a very honest car with some minor quirks, the passenger door must be locked from the inside and the fuel filler cap is easily opened with a credit card or paper card. These are minor issues which could be repaired cheaply but the owner has lived with them. These are reflected in the price of the car and the good condition of the fundamental mechanical components should be considered the priority. Comes with 2 original keys.
