2004 Audi A2 Yellow Colour Storm 1.6FSI Base trim Climate control Open sky (not working) A1 Alloys in good condition 4 matching falken tyres with good tread (Approximately 4 to 5mm) MOT until 18/03/2025 Comprehensive service history with fully stamped service book and lots of invoices. 3 Previous Owners (not including me) 2 enthusiast 1 of which had the car for nearly 15 years. Cambelt last done March 2022 at 156000 Overall in good condition inside and out, you'd never know it has the miles it has. Major work over my ownership includes: 29/2/24 @ 178457 Front Disks and Pads 21/2/24 @ 178295 'Death pipe' coolant hose replaced* 11/8/23 @ 174462 Alternator, Full service, AC condenser Replaced* 13/1/23 @ 170008 Injectors replaced with refurbed units, Door Check Strap Replaced* 12/9/22 @ 166514 Compression Test, Fuel Pump, O/S Cast Wishbone and console, Coolant flush and replaced with waterless coolant* 30/8/22 Replacement full custom stainless exhaust including the flexi section and second cat *Carried out at WOM automotive (A2 specialist) Prior to my ownership it snapped a cambelt (not overdue) and had the head refurbished with new valves, head gasket, cambelt, refurbished injectors** and the intake removed and cleaned. This had been documented in this thread on A2OC. **When I had the injectors replaced it was found that one had failed, the other 3 were still fine. Negatives: Currently has EML light on, its coming up with a code for Catalyst system bank 1, efficiency below threshold. It either needs an O2 sensor or a catalytic converter but I haven't had it investigated. It still passes an MOT emissions test and stays off for a couple of days if its cleared.Rear brake discs and pads need replacing Despite the AC condenser being replaced, it still leaks, so further investigation needed Open sky doesn't open but doesn't leak or cause any problems Overall its in good condition and really won't take much to make it a really nice example, its a regretful sale however career change and moving away means i won't have the time or money for two cars.
