Great reliable car, cheap to run with a long MOT (only advisories being bulbs and a bushing on the lower arm) ULEZ compliant, service history, two keys, ice cold air conditioning. The car has had 5 owners however it was with one family for the majority of its life having swapped from mum to son and then back to mum again. I bought the car last year as an inbetween whilst saving to replace our family car. It has been great, no issues, drives excellent, it has had 4 new tyres recently, all matching. There are some age related marks and dings, most notably on the driver door. Would make a perfect first car being cheap to insure and run.
