2010 987 Gen 2 Boxster 6-Speed Manual in iconic Carrera White, the same used on classic Porsche race cars. The blue full leather interior and roof really set it off against the white. 18" 981 generation alloy wheels recently powder coated in shadow chrome with 4 matching Pirelli P-Zero N rated tyres. Choice options include the blue leather with extended leather pack to cover dash and upper doorcards, Porsche crest embossed headrests, heated seats, colour matched white rear seats and roll bar, Rear Parking Sensors, daylight running LEDs. I have also fitted a brand new touchscreen apple CarPlay unit to the car that looks OEM in the centre console. Full Porsche and Specialist service history with stamped book with invoices to back this up in my history folder. This boxster has an absolutely huge pile of invoices and impeccable service history. The most recent service last month included the change of all filters (air, cabin, and oil) and 5w40 Porsche spec A40 oil. On top of this, a brand new dual mass flywheel and clutch were fitted. Whilst the gearbox was out, the gearbox oil was changed and a brand new RMS was installed. This is was done as a preventative measure with the gearbox removed. The car also had brand new discs and pads replaced on the rear. All coolant cross over pipes and connections renewed. The invoices for the last few years exceed 10k and it has had everything it has ever needed all done by Porsche specialist.This is an absolute sweet spot in the Porsche range and makes for great fun, reliable, and stress free ownership!The flat six, mid engined lay out paired with the manual 6 speed is phenomenal and the car really is a joy to experience. The car is in brilliant condition with only slight stone chipping on the front from age. These are all small and very hard to notice. The paint is in fantastic condition otherwise and is really complimented by the chrome 18" rims. Being a 987.2 Boxster, it has the newer more efficient and reliable engine, translating to cheaper annual road tax. The 987 gen 2 cars do not suffer any of the problems of earlier 987 generation cars, including IMS bearing failures, RMS leaks and Borescoring. My 2.9 engine has no IMS, the RMS has been replaced, and importantly the 2.9 has no reports of borescoring.
