I purchased OMF 387X in July 2000, and since this time, I have spent a significant amount of money and time restoring it to its current complete condition. The mileage when purchased was 66,847. I love and enjoy the car, unfortunately I do not have the time to give it the attention it should have anymore, it doesn't need any significant work, there is one small blister below the driver's side read bumper end cap, as shown in the picture. Apart from that nothing needs doing. I really want someone to take her, enjoy her and give her the love I have given her. I have folders of the history of the car including old MOT's and Tax discs. Some of the work I have had undertaken includes a full body restoration and respray in 2005 (photo's included), changing the car to manual transmission from automatic, it has 2.8i front suspension legs (Bilsteins), vented disks on the front, 2.8i brake servo and single leaf rear springs. With the exception of the drivers side sill, all the panels are the original one's the car left the factory with. The engine runs on motorbike carburettors and has a full stainless steel Janspeed exhaust system. The car was tuned and set up by Atspeed Racing in 20123, where she produced a very healthy 137bhp. She is registered as an 'Historic' vehicle, being both Tax and MOT exempt, so all you need to do is insure it. The car's current agreed value is 22,000 GBP and the insurance costs me roughly 20 each month . As mentioned, I just don't have the time to take her out anymore, she just sits in the garage with a cover over her. Between March 2022 and July 2023 the car only did 69 miles, the current recorded mileage as of today is 73,716 miles. She is a lot of fun to drive, always turns heads and people are always asking questions about her. Open to sensible offers. No tyre kickers or dreamers.
