Hi all, selling my w140, MOT until 18/06/2025 - the car has been in my ownership for 2 years as first brought due to the beautiful colour and styling. Cat C but did a full inspection prior to purchase and body is shown to be solid. It is perfect for special occasions such as proms and weddings, which I have done so for friends and family. Bodywork need some tlc but still very presentable - minor rust appear at front wheel arches due to lowering have allowed tyre to scrape wheel arch from time to time but overall chasis and sills are solid. Long MOT until June 2025 and full v5 in my name. Come with book pack & receipts and a lot of extras for the stling including - refurbed genuine 18" dafidas, 4 new tyres, lowered on eibach springs, twin exit stainless rear section, jvc exad dvd stereo with Sony screen, rear boombox, hid 6k headlight kit, full storm grey leather seats rear, clear light lenses gloss Black front grille, Mahogany Wood trim. Thus it is totally original and is more of a show car & turns more eyes than the standard w140 & very comfortable to drive, and has the bullet proof in-line 6 engine that is serviced regulatory with history, engine, gearbox transmission all working fine. Suspension is firm but tight & tyres have plenty of thread, mechanically sound as it should be. The only minor issue is that the wiper stay on if used and the stereo will come on at the same time but will stop once car is switched off and on again - I presume it being the n10 combinator relay which is a cheap fix. Windows all work as is the blower and lights/other electrics, interior in excellent condition accounting for some wear and tear due to age, but in general in decent condition. To-date it has had for MOT 2024 (engine and transmission Glasgow being test and repair centre) - New drive shaft, all electric checks and light rectification, re-securing fuel pipe and breakpipe, ABS sorted, normal, parking and service break sorted, horn sorted, tyres. For MOT 2025 - new osf wheel bearing refurbished, one welding on small patch underneath passenger seat and fresh service. It's one of the best w140s I owned. The car is in essence a show car with a bulletproof engine that's maintained throughout and before my ownership and will turn eyes everywhere and will be sure not to dissapoint.
