This is a genuine private sale of my own personal family car. Purchased around 8 years ago by ourselves as a low mileage, ex-motability car, this has served us extremely well and proven to be very reliable. We have covered approximately 95k miles in it. As a result of it being used as a family car, it is naturally far from perfect, if you're a perfectionist who enjoys washing and polishing their car each weekend, this probably isn't the car for you! I will however, try and give a brutally honest description of this car. Whilst it presents nicely and cleans up well, due to the nature of what it's been used for, sadly the paintwork is far from perfect! It does have various age elated marks and battle scars from public car parks. We used a boot mounted bike rack, which has consequently marked the rear bumper and boot lid in places. There are a couple of minor marks on the bonnet, (where the lacquer has lifted slightly) as a result of our friends at the local hand car wash. The alloys are scuffed in paces and there is a small ding in the passenger front door. It's what I would describe as a '10 foot car' looks quite nice from approx 10 feet away, but does have various imperfections under close scrutiny. Despite it's slightly challenging cosmetic appearance, it has been well maintained mechanically, with regular servicing, and a documented timing belt and water pump change. All four tyres are matching Khumo's. We bought this car as it is based on the Audi A4 Avant, but doesn't come with the associated 'Audi Tax' therefor represents tremendous value for money! It's powered by the more powerful 20 TDi 170 PS engine which performs extremely well and returns excellent fuel economy. This is a genuine private sale, it is offered with NO warranty, therefor I actively welcome and encourage ANY inspection. Sold with all / any faults.
