Excellent family car with plenty of room for all of the paraphernalia associated with children. The rear windows can be controlled from the driver's seat. The length and width of the car are about the same as my Ford Focus, but the boot seems to have Dr. Who Tardis technology. With the rear seats upright and slid back, it has a capacity of 532 litres compared with my Focus's 316 litres. The rear seats are on runners and can be slid back and forward independently, like car front seats. Sliding them forward increases the boot capacity further. It comes with two alternative different design boot false floors. The seats fold fully flat flush with the boot false floor and boot lip. The false floor can be removed or folded back, increasing the depth of the boot by 17cm. The rear part of the false floor can be lifted with luggage on top of the forward part to access the compartment underneath with a moveable divider to stop things sliding forward under the false floor. The middle seat back folds down to reveal a cup holder between the seats and to allow longer items to be fed through from the boot. The car is a five-seater. With two child seats in the rear, a slim person with narrow shoulders like me can just squeeze into the middle seat between, but women's hips or wider shoulders don't really fit. The 2C-Climatronic controls allow separate adjustment of air conditioning for left and right. The car had a new battery on 4th March 2024 and a new clutch and a service on 12th July 2024.
