1995-1997 Mitsubishi Pajero 2.8 Intercooler Turbo Exceed Japanese Import - CENTRAL LOCKING UNIT GONE BAD NEEDS REPLACING BUT NOT FATAL Purchased for myself around 10 months ago from a dealer in Birmingham who specialises in exporting 4x4s to Africa for Safaris. Beautiful example for her age as there is minimal rust on the chassis, however there are some minor defects as to be expected these are as follows:- Driver window not operational as the mechanism decided to eat itself so I had to remove it, I can put you in touch with a garage who breaks these vehicles and he should be able to offer a replacement. Up to you.- Retractable aerial came loose a few weeks ago, much to my annoyance. Attempted to refit myself however I just don't have to time to faff about with it. I will include the aerial in the sale obviously.- Bought with non-working AC and haven't really needed to look at it as I just open all the windows, no belt was attached to the AC pully so I don't know if the unit is functioning.- Also has an electrical bleed somewhere, if it is started up daily it's not an issue but if its left for 2 days she will need jumping, could be bad batteries but I don't have the time or the money to be able to deal with it right now. Other than that mechanically she's never missed a beat. Took it to the French alps in January this year and she handled it with no issues (1400 mile round trip). Started up everyday after being out in -10C all night no problem. Mostly been used to get me to work and back (about 30 miles round trip on motorways) and the occasional trip to Bristol. Since purchase I've done around 12000 miles. Looking for a relatively quick sell as I am moving into a city centre at the end of the month and its finically a terrible idea to keep her due to clean air charges etc. Currently has no MOT but should pass just haven't got it done as I've just moved and tight on funds.
