Here for sale is my 2006 Audi A3 tfsi. I have owned this car since May 2020 and since then it has been used as a daily driver up until early this year when I acquired a work van. More recently the car has seen little use due to the purchase of a new vehicle hence the sale. To start with the good bits, the car just got through its recent mot with the only issue being the angle of the headlight needing adjustment. The cam belt and water pump were changed 12 months ago and has also had two new front tyres fitted in May this year. The gearbox shifts smoothly and the 2 litre turbo engine pulls hard when you want to have some fun. This Interior is full black with full leather seats although the drivers seat does have some wear to it as pictured. The car was used as a work horse for a while so the interior is by no means perfect. The not so good bits are that the exterior of the car is showing its age and does have several knocks and scrapes. When I bought the car both sides and front bumper had been buzzed over badly and some of this paint has started to flake in areas. The alloys had also been refurbished and I have managed to keep 3 of them in fairly good condition, however one of the wheels had a crack in earlier this year which I couldn't get repaired so had to buy a another one which turned out to be harder than I thought hence the condition of it. Finally, the central locking is intermittent and more often than not doesn't work and the car has to been be manually unlocked from the drivers door. I have gotten used to this but I believe the problem is the drivers door central locking mechanism has failed and this controls the rest of the car and is not too expensive to fix.Thanks for taking the time to read this ad.
