***SPARES OR REPAIR*** ***NO OFFERS - IT'S AS CHEAP AS CHIPS!*** This car has been sitting for a while and deserves to go back into action, shouldn't take much to do for someone who knows about rear ends! I have got it through an MOT (to June 2025) and replaced the rear diff mounts but it didn't cure a rather heavy banging coming from the back end - frequency in time with speed & louder with torque demand. I don't know what it is, the mounts have helped a bit but they were not the cause. Could be the differential, the propshaft or maybe a driveshaft - I genuinely don't know and don't have any more time for it!! FULL SERVICE HISTORY - 10 Stamps In The Book & Additional Receipts But No Evidence Of A Cambelt Change As Yet (VW 2.0 TDI Engine I Believe). Two Keys, No Issues With Engine Or Gearbox & Runs Fine. Excellent 'Limited' Spec With Heated Seats, Etc. Air Con Is Nice and Cold But The Electric Sunroof Doesn't Work - Everything Else Seems OK.
