Here is my 2011 Volvo S40 D5 2.0L Diesel.This is famous D5 Volvo Engine with 5 cylinders and is smooth as silk when changing up through the gears. I've owned this for over a year and a change in circumstances demanded the need for an estate car so I am painfully faced with letting it go. Full service history with most of those done by Volvo themselves. 114k miles on the clock which is nothing for these engines and with the timing belt and pump etc done at 104K again by Volvo. Amazing MOT history with only 2 fails for small things like tyres. It passed its last MOT for me with no advisories and hasn't been driven much since that. 3 previous owners including myself and been very well looked after again including by myself. It has had the windows professionally tinted on the rear and a very very light (AND LEGAL) tint on the windscreen in a blue on the windscreen. I had this done after a lot of advice and research first. Comes with 3 fully working keys all official Volvo and an official Volvo (again fitted by them) removable tow bar. This is great as you can tow a small trailer etc and when not in use can be stowed away so as not to leave an unsightly tow bar sticking out. It is fully lockable so can be left on permanently. The rear seats have the built in Volvo booster seat where the seat comes out to add that height for young children. I also have the original standard which will come with it should you wish to change back. Rear bootliner has been added and is an official Volvo reversible one with thick lush carpet on one side and rubber on the other. This is beautiful example of an S40 and drives amazingly with no knocks or bangs etc and feels comfortable even on long distance on a motorway at a higher speed. It has always had premium diesel put in it and regularly treated with "Cataclean" to keep all injectors, DPF, Catalytic converter etc clean. The R design is what makes it that little bit more special.Bodywork has always been looked after regularly with Autobrite Directs finest products including decontaminating shampoo and ceramic glaze wax.
