Hi folks - this is a great Ford C-Max 2014 Diesel 1.6. I owned this car from January 2022 and drove it until May this year when it was replaced with a slightly newer car because unfortunately this engine is only certified as Euro 5 and is not LEZ compliant. This wouldn't be an issue but I'm a working musician who needs to load in and out of venues in town. The car itself was absolutely great to drive and I really had no issues with it, and find myself selling it out of necessity. The car has sat for a few months off the road and so has garnered a bit of dirt and leaves (since photographs were taken) but I've regularly ran it and ensured fresh air has circulated and the brakes are not stuck, etc. There are a few things that have significantly diminished what I think the car is worth: there is some bodywork damage to the passenger side rear door after a small collision at low speed but this is purely cosmetic and the car has since passed its' last two MOTs. The passenger front tyre has a bulge which must have occurred by the end of my time driving it - therefore would really need replaced before driving. Finally the tyre pressure sensor seems to have some kind of fault which does not affect the actual pressure at all; I regularly checked the actual tyres and the issue is most certainly sensor and nothing to do with the condition of the tyres (minus the bulge!). I hope this is enough detail to show that although there are some faults with this car, the driving experience was most excellent and provided you didn't need to be in the centre of the city most of the time, you would do very well to use this as a very practical, economic and fun to drive vehicle. I would be more than happy to talk about my time with this great car in person upon inspection.
