I'm selling my Smart Roadster (HV54 YKT) that I bought new from Smart of Southampton as a 50-mile pre-registered car in March 2005. So in practice it's 1 owner, though technically the pre-registration makes it 2. It has a Full Service History, with all the original manuals, documents, many receipts, and 19 service stamps in the service book. All servicing and other repairs, mods, etc have been done by either Mercedes Benz (while under warranty) or a Smart specialist, most recently since 2016 by Smart Car Specialists in Guildford. Its last (B) service was on 30 July with the MOT which runs to 29 July 2025. The car has only done 74,821 miles (rising as still in use). It drives very well, and with the mods I've made over the years it feels like a Brabus but without the harsher suspension and delicate monoblock wheels. I'll be very sad to see it go but I'm just not using it enough and I'm sure someone else would now get more enjoyment from it than me. It has working air conditioning having had a new condenser fitted in 2019. It is in overall good condition for its age, and comes with 2 working keys. It features 16" spikeline alloys, turbo and clock pods, sound pack and flappy paddles. The most recent work on it has been a new cycle valve, a new wastegate actuator, new brake fluid and a new wiper motor. Mods include: S-Mann dual-exit exhaust (2019), New roof fitted by Peter Jones (2019), Brabus springs, Brabus leather interior, handbrake and gear knob, TIK kit, an approx 100bhp remap by Smart Car Specialists (2016), and front Brabus splitter. Downsides reflected in the asking price: MOT advisories on front suspension corrosion (three new arms will be required at some point) and some roof shrinkage (if this concerns you Peter Jones is the man to contact). In summary, this car is a rare example of a one owner, low miles, full service history roadster which has been maintained by mechanics who know Smarts very well. I'd highly recommend Sasho at Smart Car Specialists to anyone, and he's worth the 45 mile trip every time. The car is available to view in Southampton.
