The car is in very good condition and always been parked in my garage (there is however a small paint scuff on the bonnet and a scuff on the perimeter of one of the wheels, both less than 15cm). The car has had every service at a local dealer. The tyres have more than 4mm tread depth. The car was the top of the range when purchased and included a "track pack" with a limited slip differential and koni shock absorbers for improved handling.
