The vehicle has arrived with a fault where the vehicle goes into a limp mode. We have completed a days investigation with the car and we do have a few fault code report to send to the customer so you can see what has happened with the car. We have stripped the turbocharge pipe off to see if the turbo is damaged which it looks okay and the turbo does spoil up, we have also taken the intake manifold off and cleaned the carbon around the intake valves. We then replaced the MAP sensor as there was a fault on it, that fault has now cleared but the TPMS inspection and SBCS inspection light we can’t get off. After doing some research we have found that the exhaust pressure sensor is very common for causing these issues but we haven’t got the time to put into this Mazda and therefore are happy to move the car on for a significantly discounted price to cover the cost that the car may need. This car would be ideal for somebody who has a good knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 engines or a mechanic.
