Description

Hello! For sale is my Honda Civic Type R FN2 GT. I've done well over 10k miles in my ownership which has only consisted of motorway driving for my work commute. It has Full Service History (Both at Honda and at Grinspeed Motorsport). All receipts and invoices have been kept up to date. Its also flown through it's MOT with no advisories and comes with a full 12 months. It does have some tasteful modifications: Direnza Induction Kit - It absolutely roars in VTEC! (I have the stock airbox which will be given with the car) M2 Motorsport Backbox ECUTEK Remap with Switchable maps done by the wizard Paul West. It made 237bhp on the dyno.Big Brake Kit (Brembo) on the frontSkunk2 Gear KnobRota 17 inch wheels wrapped in PS5 Tyres (There is plenty of tread left) Dynamic LED IndicatorsConnect 2 System with Bluetooth / Aux. I think the previous owner has also wired in a microphone for hands free calls which I haven't used before. The main selling point is how genuinely clean it is underneath. I'm a Honda enthusiast and have only had Hondas in my family and unfortunately the newer cars aren't built the same as the older generations. The same applies with galvanization techniques on the chassis, hence why they're so rotten! It has taken me a very long time to find a FN2 which is actually clean underneath and I have a full video showing this. I Lanoguarded it straight away once I bought the car. There are no leaks in the boot either and I can send a picture of the condition of the boot floor. No rust to be seen anywhere! There are a few dings and scratches here and there and the front passenger alloy has been curbed. This can be sorted but has never bothered me. There is also a whine from the alternator bearing but I've had the output voltages checked at Grinspeed who have said it's nothing to worry about. The mileage will increase as I'm doing well over 250 miles a week for work and I can't justify using it as a motorway cruiser as that isn't what it's built for! I'm open to sensible offers but do drop me a message if of any interest. I will only accept bank transfers and any test drives require proof of insurance. Thanks for looking Next MOT due 17/09/2025, Silver, 5+ owners, £4,999
