I'm selling my 1988 Porsche 924S, the final year of production. The car comes with extensive history and has been well-maintained. Improvements during my ownership include upgraded brass sunroof gears, new rear window struts, and a rebuilt power steering pump with a replaced belt. The alternator belt has also been replaced. The car passed its MOT in June 2024. The body is solid, with paint in great condition for its age, showing only minor chips and marks. Garaged by at least the past two owners, the sills suggest it's been stored indoors for most of its life. The pop-up headlights work reliably, and the car starts every time. The Teledial wheels have been beautifully restored in metallic gunmetal and received numerous compliments. Included with the car: Original spare wheel, Original tool kit, Original tire air compressor, Original sunroof storage bag, Original emergency jack stand. There are a few issues to note: the exhaust's final silencer back box has failed, causing a metallic rattle at idle. Additionally, a heat shield under the oil filter has come loose, resulting in a slight rattle. The interior is mostly in great condition with outstanding condition dashboard for the model and immaculate carpets. However, the seat bolster seams have come apart, there's a rip in the driver's seat, and some reddening on the driver's side rear seat.
