I purchased this immaculate and luxurious 2016 GLE as 'nearly new' in 2017 from a Mercedes main dealer. It has been a second car since then most of the time averaging only 5,600 miles a year. I chose this car as 'everything' had been added to its spec at new - every package and every option that was available. There are no 'blank' buttons! Everything works perfectly. Some of the tech is not even standard on today's new cars. The car is garaged and always has been and has had a professional valet every month. Paintwork, full leather and trim all in excellent condition. I have only ever had it serviced and maintained by Mercedes main dealers. The car wears a set of Borbet 20" Gloss Black Alloy Wheels which work perfectly with the cars looks. I purchased five wheels to have a spare at home in the garage which has proved useful on a couple of occasions (5th wheel included in price). The car itself has an inflation system. The way I use the cars hybrid option is to just charge it at home with the standard 3 pin socket cable - takes about 90 mins and I have a low overnight electric tariff which is ideal. Its range on full electric is upto 19 miles depending on driving style - I use this for all 'round town' journeys which for me means all local driving is on electric and therefore very cheap. On longer trips the hybrid regenerates to improve overall fuel consumption. The car has the extended leather trim which is sumptuous and all enveloping. It has been well looked after with regular conditioning. The car has both carpet mats as well as a rubber set that can be used in winter / off-roading if needed. See full spec, but you will enjoy these highlights: heated seats all round AND air conditioned / cooled seats in the front with massage function. Full memory seats in the front. Automatic 'everything' - lights, wipers, Discrtonic Radar Cruise Control and even 'self driving' in low speed traffic jams etc. The extended light package gives 'Always On' high beam headlamps - they wrap around cars, throw light to the sides, illuminate signs etc. Quite a light-show, and I could not be without this feature on all future cars! Enjoy the TV Tuner for the front screen and two built in screens for rear passengers with separate DVD/CD players for front and back with video inputs for other devices such as a game controller.
