Having started a new business venture, I made the decision to put my beautiful Porsche up for sale to free up some funds. Let me first share a little about warranty and maintenance and then a bit about its condition and spec. WARRANTY - The car is under Porsche warranty until January 2025, which I would be happy to extend for the new owner by up to 3 years at cost. This can be extended continuously until 2030 (car's 15th birthday). MAINTENANCE - In the recent months, the car had 2 new rear N-rated tires fitted, brake discs and pads replaced on all four corners, shock absorber replaced, battery replaced and the fan blower motor was replaced under warranty. As it stands, the car needs absolutely nothing. SERVICE HISTORY - It comes with full Porsche service history with the latest 'major' service completed in March 2023, next 'intermediate' service is due in March 2025. CONDITION - I have only ever driven on Shell V-Power and so have the previous 2 owners, it is more of a cruiser so it has never been beaten on as such, but if I ever wanted to put my foot down, I always ensured that oil was at its operating temperature. I regularly washed and waxed the car myself so it is in an incredible condition for its age if I do say so myself, it also got compliments from the tech at Porsche Reading - you can see the underside shots from that visit and how clean it looks. The paint is like glass, the interior is very nice and it drives spot on as it was maintained well throughout its life. Having said that, please do not expect a brand new car, it does have a few very tiny marks here and there - the front left wheel has a small mark on it, a very recent courtesy of my better half, it's not noticeable from a meter away, but I'd be happy to have it sorted out properly should the new owner wish. SPEC - It has 18k worth of extras, the list is attached in the photos. Must haves are usually subjective, but in my opinion LED lights, pan roof, air suspension + turbo 21 inch wheels, Bose, keyless entry, speed limit reader, memory heated seats and heated steering wheel are the bits I wouldn't want to live without on this car. Cooled seats are not needed with alcantara. The one that I have not seen on any other car would be the extended leather PLUS pack - everything is covered in leather with red stitching, the seat bases along with the adjustment knobs, all handles, even the sunvisors!
