In the 6 years I've owned this S-Class, it has wanted for nothing. I've spared no expense on maintenance, ensuring every necessary service was performed on time and with appropriate parts. The car has a full-service history since I've owned it, and I regularly use Shell V Power to keep it running in peak condition. Despite its 3.0L 6-cylinder engine, it delivers exceptional fuel economy, (combined in the mid 30's mpg) especially on motorway trips (easily achieving high 40's mpg), making it the ideal luxury vehicle for those who want both power and efficiency. The pneumatic suspension provides a ride quality that rivals newer models, and the automatic 7-speed transmission mated with the torquey V6 engine ensures an effortless drive. I own a newer petrol version of the same car but much prefer how this diesel engine and gearbox deliver their smooth power. My favourite features include Cruise Control. Automatic lights and wipers. Parking sensors. Heated and memory seats for superior comfort in any weather. I recently took the car on a round trip to and through Ireland and it performed flawlessly, never missing a beat throughout the journey. Low mileage for its age, a few scuffs to the bodywork as can be expected (see pics) for a car this age, and comes with two keys (I have never used the second set, though) Unlike many of the others listed for sale online, all of the buttons and functions the car came with in 2007 still work today. Only untoward aspect of this car to mention is the fact that the previous owners described that it starts on the second turn of the key. It always had for them and I bought it with that quirk in place. For the last 6 years it has reliably always started on the second turn of the key. After seeking advice regarding this I found out this was of little concern.
