Here we have for sale my immaculate Mercedes SLK280! This is a 10th Anniversary model which means it comes from the factory with genuine AMG body kit. It also has the bigger front brakes.Inside it has red stitching on the seats, steering wheel and gear lever. It also has the red seat belts, floor mats with red piping. The word mint or immaculate might get used a lot when cars are being described which is not always the case but this is one of those cars that can be described as an immaculate example! It really is in an impeccable condition! I truly believe that this SLK280 is one of the best examples in the uk! I have all the invoices for all the work that's been done throughout the years. I also have the original invoice from the first owner who paid over 35k for the car. I also have the invoice for the second owner who paid 9k for the car. I have every single invoice from Mercedes when it was serviced and any other invoice from any independent garage. I bought this car to go on a Europe trip this year and I cannot describe how impressed I have been with the car! At no point throughout the trip did I ever feel like this car needed more power. The V6 sounds beautiful at 3000+rpm and the car pulls so well. It performed perfect in the autobahn in Germany and every other country we visited for the three weeks. Here is a list of things that have been done within the last couple of months. It had a brand new subframe, bolts, washers, wheel alignment done by Mercedes in Beaconsfield which added up to just over 4.4k. If you're not aware already, all these cars suffer with the rear subframe failure. It's just a matter of time for the subframe to fail on all these cars. My car has just had it done by Mercedes. Apart from the rear subframe, I had a full service done just before going on the trip with Genuine Mercedes parts, oil, oil filter, air filters ( x2 ), pollen filter, spark plugs ( x6 ) ( invoice present ). AC recharge, brand new front discs and pads, new engine mounts, gearbox mount. Tyres are like new Continental. Wheels just been refurbed. Two stage machine polish.
