They have somewhat of a cult following and have been appreciating steadily over the last few years. She has a 4-cylinder, 2.0-Litre engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger making 225PS (222BHP), allowing her to reach 0-60mph in 6.5 secs and a top speed of 149mph. The car is almost entirely stock except this particular example has had a custom race exhaust fitted. The original cat has been removed and a sports cat downpipe fitted (passes emissions easily), along with a back box delete. The exhaust note is deep and growly (plenty of pops and bangs when pushed) without being excessively loud. A replacement downpipe without the cat will be supplied with the car (and is extremely easy to fit) should you want even more decibels. Despite the performance the car has very reasonable running costs and I was easily able to insure myself when I bought the car at 21 years old. She has not been ragged around much throughout my ownership however as this was the first car I bought and was very much my baby (15000 miles in 4 and a half years). I shall be very sad to see her go as she has served me faithfully for many years however I have use of other vehicles and am considering moving to London soon where I am unlikely to need a car.
