Selling this little runner as I need something a bit bigger. Admittedly the exterior is a bit tatty, few scrapes and minor dents (see pics). The paint is also peeling on the front bumper as it was sprayed by an amateur who didn't prime the plastic first. Internally the car is sound, and just passed its MOT (next due September 2025). A couple of weeks ago I had an engine diagnostics test carried out and the MAP sensor subsequently replaced. In march, the car suffered a blown head gasket. I chose to get this replaced (and head cylinder skimmed etc) and the car has cruised over 3k miles since with no signs of other complications. The timing chain was changed at the same time, as well as the water pump, oil filter and oil. Timing chain failure is a main cause of death for these cars, so this was important maintenance and will likely extend its life by a good while. In 2022 the car was in an accident and suffered damage to both bumpers, the tail gate, and the rear windscreen smashed. The car was given category N, as there was no structural damage. I repaired these damages and have been driving it with no issues. Finally, the headlamps were replaced as part of the recent MOT and I also had a new wiper blade fitted to the rear windscreen as the old one had seen better days.
