This car is in excellent condition after a thorough mechanical overhaul. Every aspect of this car has been thoroughly examined and brought up to a high standard. It was bought as a project with no service history and a non-starting engine that has been replaced and the new engine then stripped down. New timing chains and tensioners have been fitted along with oil seals, clutch and dual mass flywheel. The double overhead camshafts have been replaced and all the oilways thoroughly cleaned. The cylinders have been gas tested to ensure excellent compression. The DPF and EGR valve have been cleaned. The engine runs smoothly and quietly with good power output.The suspension system has also had the same degree of care and all worn joints replaced front and rear. Similarly, the brakes have been tested and the rear discs and pads replaced.A new AGM battery has been fitted. The car has four new tyres. It has been serviced with fully synthetic high quality oil and all filters replaced. Overall this labour of love has cost more than the the car is currently selling for.
