Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVTi 2003 - 'Colour Collection' Caribbean Blue, 5 Door. Petrol, manual gearbox. Just short of 113,000 miles, MOT to September 2025. ULEZ compliant. Spec. does not include air-conditioning.Owned since 2013, (3 previous owners). Mechanically in excellent overall condition but bodywork is tired, with a number of minor scrapes, dings, bits of missing paint, etc. and the usually wear and tear consistent with having been used as a family run-around, and as my daughter's first car. The cosmetics do not affect the roadworthiness or performance of the vehicle, and it could continue to be run 'as is', or easily (and inexpensively) be refurbished to smarten it up. It has been maintained scrupulously; in its early life by Toyota approved garages, and for the last 40k by a local mechanic who is also an approved MOT inspector. Oil and filter changes have been carried out at 10,000 intervals or less, using quality oil - viz. Morris's 5/30 Multivis ADT C3 or FD engine oil; Loxedol 75W-90 HPS gear oil. Clutch replaced by Toyota at 73K. Within the last 18 months it has had 4 new tyres, new front brake discs and pads, and a new battery and exhaust silencer box. Runs quietly, drives well and, although it's old, it will continue to give excellent service if looked after. Will make an excellent first car for a younger driver - reliable, economical and not too expensive to insure. ULEZ compliant which is useful if commuting to or visiting outer London. Reason for sale is that the children have moved on, bought their own vehicles, and it is no longer being used. Done less than 300 miles since the 2024 MOT was carried out.
