Welcome to the sale of my lovely Volvo V60 R-Design Nav model. I've owned the vehicle just under 2 years, and have covered quite a substantial distance with it. What can I say about the car? Purchased as a CAT S Repaired, but honestly the bodywork itself is pretty close to immaculate as it can get and I've not had any issues myself. It's the later 2016 D4 updated VEA Engine, therefore it has the updated piston rings.I've used the car for mixed driving, but 80% motorway journeys. Beginning of 2023 as soon as I've purchased the vehicle, I've looked at what sort of common faults can appear, and although nothing indicated any trouble coming my way, I like doing preventative maintenance on every car I own. So since February of 2023 I have done the following; Removed and thoroughly cleaned (EGR Valve, EGR Cooler, EGR Pipes & manifolds) at 160k miles, In March of 2023 I've had the timing belt, aux belt, water pump and crankshaft oil seal replaced at 161k miles.Serviced the car April 2023 (oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter), In May of 2023 I have serviced the gearbox with genuine volvo gearoil & the drivers side wheel bearing replaced at 163 & 164k miles.Since then, I have changed the oil and filters in April of 2024 at 176k. The car also has two tasteful upgrades made; The ixions have been replaced with R-Design Pro alloys refurbished in silver with some glitter flakes in the paint (seen in good lighting), tread depth is healthy on all 4 tyres & the seats were upgraded from R-Design half leathers to R-Design Full Electric Leathers. Additional information; Equipped with Sat Nav, media, cruise control, City safety, rear parking sensors, rubber matts, the vehicle is ULEZ compliant & MOT'd until July of 2025. Prior to my ownership, the car was serviced at 130/140/150k miles. I've been as honest as I can be, my plan was to keepthe car for as long as I could, but at the end of the day the heart wants what the heart wants in true petrolhead fashion, and have purchased something I've been looking at a long time.
