In middle of the 90's Jaguar developed a supercharged version of their superb AJ16 and fitted to their XJ6 Saloon creating the XJR (X300), strangely it was never offered as an option for the XJS. This car has therefore been created offering a glimpse of might have been., Under the bonnet the naturally aspirated straight six has been replaced with the supercharged version offering a substantial power increase. The engine has been beautifully detailed with the A16 block fitted with a bespoke hand crafted stainless steel exhaust manifold. The owner has also upgraded the brake system using the Aston Martin DB7 Brembo kit to offer improved stopping with EBC discs. Later Jaguar BBS 20" Detroit split rim alloy wheels have been added which really suit the car and neatly fill the arches. The car also sports a steering wheel from its close cousin the Aston Martin DB7.
