We fitted a 4.3L motor because 4.3L's don't go wrong, whereas the 4.7 do, power pack fitted to the 4.3L means the same power as 4.7L, so the worry of a 4.7L going wrong again is gone. I'd look at this car as the very best evolved and maintained 4.3L as can be, with the added bonus of the newer glass key centre console and updated interior.
