It is the most economical 1 series - free road tax and only group 15 insurance - pretty good going for a BMW. Its only had 3 owners from new, and still has both keys. It drives very well indeed, as you would expect from a well made car with 70k miles. In good order throughout too - a few marks as you would expect from an 11 year old car, but nothing too serious at all - overall a nice original example. We have good amount of service history for the car - a variety of bills (always tricky with cars that don't have a service book). We have records for services as follows; Jan 15 @ 14k, Apr 16 @ 29k, Feb 17@ 36k, Apr 18 @ 40k, and then a full service in Apr 23 @ 53k miles. Once it sells, we will carry out an oil service for the next owner prior to collection, just so they know it is up together. It is a chain driven engine, so no belt changes to worry about. It has an MOT until October 2025 too - with the only advisory being that the rear discs are starting to get worn.
