2000 VW T4 Caravelle 2.5 TDI engine, 5 gear manual gearbox, 8 seats, 174,754 miles, MoT'd until 10/10/25. It is with great reluctance that I have to let my late wife's car go. It was bought for my wife in 2001 to transport the children around, it later became essential to transport her and her mobility equipment as she became disabled in 2004. Following her death I no longer need a large second vehicle. A 'checker plate' sheet of aluminium was fitted to the centre section in order to protect the carpet from being damaged by her powerchair or scooter and the ramps as well as to provide anchoring points for the equipment. The aluminium is fixed down using existing fixing holes in the floorpan so can be removed and the centre section seats replaced. The centre section seats and fixing bolts are currently in storage but will be supplied with the car along with a roof rack, a top box and a full tank of fuel. As the car was essential for my wife's transportation the car wanted for nothing and any slight thing that needed doing was done, the car is in good condition throughout. The car has a full service history and I can provide all the invoices to show what work has been carried out since 2001. The engine has been remapped for economy and the car drives exceptionally well. The V5 document shows 3 owners because I had to change ownership from my late wife to me, my wife was the second owner.
