Description

Due to the arrival of a company car, sadly now is the time to sell by BMW 528i SE 3.0, a 2010 car on a '60' plate. Currently wearing my private plate which will be removed before sale, returning to its original registration SY60 MYR. Specification includes Sophisto Grey Metallic with black leather interior and Fineline Wood Trim. Just over 110,500 miles with Full Service History. Fully stamped up service book with 9 stamps, 7 of which are from main dealers or reputable specilaists. Lots of invoices also present to support. Serviced every 8-9k miles in my ownership and just given a major service by Sytner BMW, Warwick. 12 months MOT from Sytner BMW also just completed, with no advisories present. 18" alloy wheels recently refurbished at Wheelmania, Evesham with new Michelin Primacy 3 RFT tyres fitted all around. Well specified luxury car enhanced with a retrofitted Droid UK head unit, giving modern infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I purchased the car in early 2023 primarily as a daily driver for work miles, most of which have been motorway in my role as a Chartered Surveyor. The car was on 92,000 miles when I purchased it from the second owner and I've since added 18,000 miles. The car has been maintained regardless of cost with all work in my ownership completed by Sytner Warwick (formerly Rybrook) and NCB Autocraft BMW Specialists in Earlswood, Solihull. The car has carried my 3-year-old daughter quite regularly, so keeping the car in top condition has been a priority. This has included three services (two major services and one oil change service), new injectors fitted, gearbox service completed, windscreen washer pump & filter replaced, rear differential bushes replaced, new rocker cover gasket, new front bottom control arms, replacement front headlight (genuine new BMW unit) and control unit due to water ingress. I've also upgraded the car with genuine BMW LCI model rear lights to improve the appearance. Condition-wise, I'd describe the bodywork as good for its age and mileage, however there are stone chips, minor scratches and some light scuffing to the bumper that the new owner may choose to remedy. However, I am being picky here as the car does receive positive comments regularly. A great opportunity to acquire a desirable and well-maintained 5 Series, recently gone through by a BMW main dealer and ready to be pressed into service by her new owner. Next MOT due 30/09/2025, Grey, 3 owners, £6,495
